Glass Jacobson welcomed retirement planning assistant Garmai Forloma and operations specialist Jake Sand to the team in February 2019. Wealth Advisor Jon Dinkins II has been promoted to Senior Wealth Advisor.
New hire: Garmai Forloma
Garmai Folorma’s primary role is to assist our director of retirement plan services. She will also be the liaison between the retirement team and clients, vendors, retirement plan participants and other external contacts. Her additional duties will include answering participant questions and helping with investment analysis and reporting.
Garmai comes to us from T. Rowe Price, where she worked as a retirement plan specialist for over 10 years. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Morgan State University and an MBA from Strayer University.
New hire: Jake Sand
Jake Sand joins Glass Jacobson as an operations specialist on the financial services team. He brings with him work experience at M&T Bank as a relationship banker. His extensive educational background includes a B.A. from McDaniel College, a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College, and a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.).

We are also delighted to announce that Jon Dinkins II has been promoted from Wealth Advisor to Senior Wealth Advisor. Jon has been with us for nearly seven years and has worked hard to become our newest Lead Advisor, joining Marina Sidelnikova, Christine R. Schmitz and Michael Creamer. Jon will transfer operational duties to Jake Sand and help us grow our ability to serve even more clients.
