This opportunity will provide additional resources and industry expertise to continue to serve you with the high-quality service you have come to expect. We at Glass Jacobson are delighted to have found a partner in YHB that shares the same values: dedication to quality, client service, community commitment and staff care.
What Does This Mean for You?
We understand with any change, you will have questions. On a day-to-day basis, it’s business as usual. Starting July 1st, however, we will have new capabilities and resources to continue driving value for you and your business and ensure your long-term support.
Here’s what we can tell you won’t change:
- Quality – YHB has spotless Peer Reviews, PCAOB Reports and stringent review processes
- Fees – Billing rates and practices will remain the same as you are accustomed to
- Staff – Experts from both firms are now one and will work together to serve you
- Location – Our two Maryland locations, phone number, and fax will all remain the same
- Wealth Management – Glass Jacobson Investment Advisors will remain independent. However, we have entered into a strategic partnership with YHB to provide expanded accounting and advisory services for those clients
Here are the changes you can expect over the next several months:
- Our Look – letterhead, website, invoices, logo and more will become YHB starting July 1
- E-mail Addresses – Don’t worry! We will still receive e-mails sent to “@glassjacobson.com.” Starting in July you will see us replying from our new e-mail addresses “@YHBcpa.com.” Regardless, e-mails sent to both accounts will end up in the correct inbox
What Does This Mean for Us?
The entire team is now part of the YHB family. The same talented staff you have worked with over the many years will still be here. However, now you will have access to a larger network of resources, services, and experts.
