Michael K. Creamer, CPA, CFP®, CDFA, ADPA, AIF®, BFA™ – Managing Director of Rockville Office
With his promotion, Michael becomes the point person in the Rockville office, implementing Glass Jacobson policies and procedures. He continues his roles as a principal in our tax and planning department and as a director in our wealth advisory division. Since joining Glass Jacobson in 2011, Michael has specialized in accounting and tax compliance while utilizing his financial planning experience and credentials to help his clients with income tax planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
Patrick Joerz, CPA, CGMA - Senior Manager
Patrick has demonstrated a high level of leadership and professionalism on top of the excellent service he provides our small business clients. He will be taking on more client responsibility in his new role while leading our international tax committee. Hired by Glass Jacobson in 2016, Patrick specializes in serving small businesses in all aspects of their accounting, tax, and coaching needs.
Hugh Vivian – Manager
As one of Glass Jacobson's hardest working team members, Hugh is right at home as the firm's new Manager of Tax and Accounting Services. Having started with the firm in 2010, working primarily on business and personal tax returns, Hugh has expanded his field of expertise in the areas of business valuations, litigation, and complex 1040s.
Eric Shedlock - Senior Accountant
Since joining the firm as an intern in 2010, Eric has diligently worked his way up to Senior Accountant, where he assists across a wide range of accounting and tax functions. Eric graduated from Towson University in 2016 with a degree in accounting.
Anastasia Sidorenkova - Senior Accountant
Since Ana joined the firm in 2014, her hard work and dedication have paid off with a promotion to Senior Accountant. Having grown professionally, Ana now performs a wide range of accounting and tax functions on top of her primary responsibilities in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation.
Nhung Le - Staff Accountant
With the firm since 2011 Nhung Le has been a significant factor in the Rockville office's growth and success. Her many years of experience in the accounting field, coupled with the knowledge she has gained over the last nine years, have prepared her for more responsibilities as a staff accountant.
Judy Moore - Administrative Specialist
In the two years since she joined the firm in 2018, Judy has established herself as a valued team player who is always willing to take on new tasks. In her new role, Judy will be taking on primary processing responsibilities on top of her administrative duties.
Dawn Greene - Project Manager & Rockville Office Manager
With Dawn's five years of experience at Glass Jacobson, her knowledge and skills will be leveraged to take on the additional role of Project Manager. In addition to her regular responsibilities as Office Manager, she will oversee various data projects to help the firm run more smoothly.
